Resignation of Director

All companies. A Director may resign by giving notice in writing. The resignation takes effect from the date the notice is received by the Company or the date specified in the notice, whichever is later.

Every seat on your board comes with its own paperwork. Section 168 governs exactly how this plays out. Concretely: resignation effective from date notice is received by company, or the date specified by the director, whichever is later. With Fi CTC Generator, this is a 3-minute task, not a 30-minute Word-template hunt.
