Change of Registered Office (Within Same City)
All companies. Shifting the registered office within the local limits of the same city, town, or village requires a Board Resolution and filing of Form INC-22 within 15 days of the change.
The registered office must be open and accessible during business hours. Form INC-22 must be filed with the ROC within 15 days of the change. The company must also update its letterhead, signboards, notices, etc. with the new address.
