Change of Registered Office (Same State, Different City)
All companies. Shifting the registered office outside the local limits but within the same state (to a different city) requires a Special Resolution by shareholders. Form MGT-14 and Form INC-22 must be filed.
Change to different city within the same state requires a Special Resolution by shareholders. Form MGT-14 must be filed within 30 days of the Special Resolution and Form INC-22 within 15 days of the change.
