Buy-back of Shares
All companies. Buy-back up to 10% of paid-up capital and free reserves requires only Board Resolution. Buy-back above 10% (up to 25% limit) requires Special Resolution by shareholders. Buy-back cannot exceed 25% of total paid-up capital and free reserves.
Raising or restructuring capital changes the shape of your company. Section 68 is the line every share movement has to respect. What that means day to day: board can approve buy-back up to 10% of total paid-up equity capital + free reserves, via Board resolution alone. Three minutes, zero second-guessing — that's the whole point of Fi CTC Generator.
