Approval of AGM Notice

All companies (except OPCs which are exempt from holding AGMs). The AGM Notice must be sent at least 21 clear days before the meeting.

The paperwork around a meeting matters as much as what's decided in it. Section 96 sets the rules here, down to notice periods and quorum. Concretely: aGM once every calendar year; gap between two AGMs <=15 months. With Fi CTC Generator, this is a 3-minute task, not a 30-minute Word-template hunt.
