Appointment of Managing Director

All companies (other than private companies). Appointment of MD requires Board approval first, followed by shareholder approval via Ordinary Resolution (Special Resolution if exceeding Schedule V limits).

Adding or removing a director should take minutes, not weeks of legal back-and-forth. Section 196(1)-(5) governs exactly how this plays out. What that means day to day: term cannot exceed 5 years at a time. Three minutes, zero second-guessing — that's the whole point of Fi CTC Generator.
